Our Van in a Football Pools TV Advert
Rebranded as "Ray's Ice Cream Parlour" for a Football Pools advert starring Ray Parlour and John Barnes.
MediaCityUK production house Chief Productions hired one of our vans for a Football Pools television advert. The day before the shoot, the van was fitted with new signage and rebranded as "Ray's Ice Cream Parlour".
Filming took place around Stretford and Trafford. Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlour served from the hatch, joined by John Barnes, Neil Ruddock, Ricky Tomlinson and a marching brass band.
Screen work needs a van that looks immaculate on camera and a crew who can follow a shooting schedule. It's the same approach we still take for productions today.
