End-of-Year Student Events at the University of Manchester, 2014 and 2015
Student barbecues, a halls fun day and Whitfest: free ice creams to reward a year of hard work.
Our relationship with the University of Manchester goes back years. In June 2014 we were booked at short notice for a student barbecue, giving the party a proper summer feel and rewarding everyone with a Mr Whippy for their hard work that year.
The next day we were handing out free ice creams to students at Richmond Park halls, on a sunny day with plenty of activities going on.
In June 2015 we were back for an end-of-year fun day, a "summer blowout" with an ice cream treat for every student on the campus, and then at Whitfest, where we again handed out free ice creams as an end-of-year treat.
The university has booked us for many events since, from department celebrations to the halls' end-of-term parties.
