A Thank-You Treat for Holiday Inn Staff at MediaCityUK
Serving a hotel team in three shifts so the hotel kept running while everyone got their treat.
The Holiday Inn at MediaCityUK wanted to thank its staff for their hard work, and booked one of our vans for a summer afternoon on the waterfront at Salford Quays.
A hotel can't close for an ice cream break, so we served the team of around 50 in three separate shifts. That kept reception and service running while everyone still got their turn at the hatch.
Staggered serving works for any workplace that can't stop all at once, from hotels to hospitals.
