Mr Whippy van hire: your questions
What is a Mr Whippy ice cream?
Mr Whippy is the name most people in the UK use for soft serve ice cream: smooth, creamy ice cream pulled straight from the machine on the van and swirled into a cone. Add a flake and it becomes the classic 99.
Do you serve Mr Whippy from all of your vans?
Yes. Both Austin's classic van and our new electric van serve the same medal-winning soft serve.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
No. There's no minimum spend and no minimum number of guests, so we cater for small garden parties as well as events with hundreds of people.
Can guests pay for their own ice creams?
Either works. Guests can pay by cash, card or contactless, or you can pre-pay so your guests pay nothing.
Do you have options for vegans or dairy-free guests?
We always stock fruit ice lollies suitable for vegan and dairy-free diets. For other allergen needs, let us know in advance and we'll do our best.
