A one-off edition of Hovis-branded wafers for a family fun day at one of Britain's best-known bakers.
Hovis invited us to its family fun day in 2017, the year its soft white loaf was voted Bakery Product of the Year. We couldn't visit a name that famous without doing something special, so we made a one-off edition of Hovis-branded wafers for the day.
Employees brought their families along to see where they work. There was a bouncy castle, vintage trucks and bikes to look at, and it stayed dry all day. We served Mr Whippy and more to a steady queue of staff and their children.
